In the Fall of 2016, a newly assembled Strategic Planning Committee, comprised of ICAA leaders from across the country, convened in New York City to begin drafting a five-year strategic roadmap for the organization. Following a year of dedicated input by members of the Committee, as well as the ICAA’s national staff, other standing committees, the College of Fellows, the College of Chapters, and many others, the ICAA approved a new strategic plan in November 2017.
