Design in Mind: On Location with James Ivory Airing on PBS

The ICAA's original documentary is airing on PBS affiliates across the United States

The Institute of Classical Architecture & Art (ICAA) is proud to present a new documentary, Design in Mind: On Location with James Ivory, which features Academy Award-winning writer, director, and producer James Ivory’s reflections on his filmmaking career and his relationship with producer Ismael Merchant and collaboration with writer Ruth Prawer Jhabvala, and includes a special focus on architecture, art direction, and location shooting. Combining footage from acclaimed Merchant and Ivory productions, including A Room with a View, Howards End, and Remains of the Day, with original footage shot at Mr. Ivory’s historic home in New York’s Hudson River Valley, the film will be airing on PBS-affiliated stations around the country.
