Please join us for an intense overview of the act of designing a watercolor painting. The class will cover:
1) The act of choosing a subject that speaks to us on a personal level
2) How to decide what story we wish the interpretation of that subject to tell
3) How to choose which elements to use and which to leave out
The goal is to complete the work—allowing it to tell its story—in as direct, effective, and economical away as possible.
Experience with watercolors is recommended for this course. Students with no or limited watercolor experience are highly encouraged to take Basic Watercolor Technique on September 15th.
This event is hosted by an ICAA Chapter. Please check the Chapter website, or contact the Chapter directly, for the most up-to-date details including dates, times, and pricing.
