Adrian Taylor is a Principal Partner at Hyde Park Mouldings, the award-winning manufacturing firm globally recognized for its work with gypsum as a medium for the creation of architectural elements. Since 1996, Adrian has worked to promote and preserve the craft of architectural plasterwork, collaborating with top design and construction teams on a wide variety of projects across the United States and abroad. Adrian is a Fellow of the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art as well as Chair of their New York Committee. He also is board member of the New York Landmarks Conservancy. Additionally, Adrian is a co-founder of Scenographia, an organization dedicated to promoting the importance of hand-drawing through the production of live public drawing events.
Born and raised in the state of Washington, Adrian moved to New York in 1992 and currently lives on the North Shore of Long Island.
Steve Turner is the Director of the Dana Crawford Preservation Program. Prior to joining CAP, Steve served as the Executive Director of History Colorado and the State Historic Preservation Officer. Steve holds both a Master of Urban and Regional Planning and a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois, as well as a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) from the University of Florida. He has worked locally, nationally, and globally as historic architect for the National Parks Service and as preservation planner for both the United States / International Council on Monuments & Sites and the United States Army Corps of Engineers Construction Engineering Research Laboratory.
