Juarez & Juarez Architecture & Design, a boutique architectural and interior design firm based in San Antonio, Texas, seeks a skilled an entry-level to mid-level architectural associate designer to join its expanding team. Founded by Armando and Gabriel Juarez in 2007, the firm is a full-service design team seamlessly integrating exterior and interior into timeless, traditional spaces that envelop a lifestyle of luxury. The studio offers services in architectural, interior, landscape and furniture design with an approach to creating unique spaces tailored to our clients.

We are seeking creative and self-motivated individuals who are interested in working in a collaborative team environment on the full spectrum of project typologies – from ground-up construction to interior renovations to custom furniture.

The successful candidate will be working on a variety of exciting high-profile projects throughout the San Antonio area as well as all over the state of Texas. These rewarding projects require someone who is comfortable working under tight production schedules and who has a high level of attention to quality, and design sensitivity. We believe in a culture of empowerment, which requires that the ideal candidate be highly motivated, able to work independently on smaller-scale projects, and conversely with the team on larger-scale projects. The position will require working on multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.

Job Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or a related discipline - 1 to 3 years of architectural-related experience, which focus on high-end residential. - Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, 3D modeling and rendering.

  • Must have strong design and problem-solving abilities - Ability to achieve tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills – visually, orally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and professionally with other team members and accept direction to reach common goals for successful outcomes

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and projects
