Located in The Heights, Houston – Elegant Additions is rapidly expanding and looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and driven salesperson with a go-getter attitude.

The ideal candidate for this position MUST:

• Have a competitive spirit and will do mindset with the want/need to make 6 figures with no caps!
• Possess a proven sales track record showing successes in generating sales from scratch. • Have an outgoing personality & enjoy working with people.
• Enjoy multi-tasking in a fun, yet fast paced, environment.
• Successfully develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Have the desire to learn new skills, strong sense of accuracy, & detail oriented • Possess strong communication skills.
• Understand the meaning of Complete Confidentiality.
• Maintain a positive attitude, and a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Possess Basic Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Office) and the ability to learn new programs quickly.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Building a fruitful book of business through reach out and networking.
• Securing client selection appointments in the showroom
• Jobsite walk throughs
• Occasional walk-in sales
• Building client quotes and closing the sale
• Updating/maintain an accurate CRM (Hubspot)
• Consistently staying on top of new product knowledge
• Understand and meet all quotas, deadlines, and timeframes.
