We are currently seeking intermediate level architect candidates who are self-motivated with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in traditional architecture, including the production of documents for substantial custom, private residential projects.

The position is full-time, in person at our office near Bryant Park in Manhattan. Candidates must be based in the New York Metropolitan area. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and are committed to the professional and creative development of our team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in CAD & Microsoft Office.
• Competency in sketching and hand drawing, Photoshop and InDesign, or other publishing software, and SketchUp are all preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Sound knowledge of construction details; Competency in assembling a set of construction documents with little assistance.
• Experience or education working within the language of classical or traditional architecture are preferred.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn.
  

COMPENSATION RANGE

• Junior (0-3 years): $60,000-$75,000
• Intermediate (4-7 years): $75,000-$90,000
