Primary responsibilities include:

• Work with the Partners as a project manager, overseeing preparation of construction documents and through construction observation.
• Work as part of team to produce the necessary drawings for reach specific project. • Serve as a primary point of contact with clients.
• Coordinate with various consultants to provide documentation that aligns with project parameters.
• Answer questions from builders and provide additional bulletin drawings for clarification during construction.

Desired qualifications:

• 2 - 4 years of residential design experience required
• Professional degree in Architecture
• Proficient in Vectorworks, AutoCAD
• Strong hand drafting and sketching skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, InDesign, Photoshop
• Proficient in SketchUp
• Must love dogs
