The Role

We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven Project Manager to lead our custom kitchen and millwork projects. You’ll be at the heart of every project — from planning and budgets to risk management and client relationships — ensuring smooth delivery from concept to installation. With a focus on craftsmanship, you’ll work closely with designers, drafters, contractors and suppliers to bring unique visions to life (with some travel along the way). If you’ve got experience in millwork or construction, strong organizational skills and a knack for problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you!

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Project management of complex millwork or interior fit out projects through to installation.
  • Acted as main contact for suppliers, construction specialists and clients.
  • Contributed to project cost forecasting and reporting.
  • Managed and communicated scope changes.
  • Had overall project Health & Safety responsibility.
  • Being part of a small NYC team, you should be comfortable helping with the day to day running of our showroom, from leading occasional showroom tours to helping us host occasional events in our space.

Additional details

This is a role which will require you to work Monday to Friday in our showroom.
