VMA is a full-service, woman-owned design firm with a growing residential portfolio of renovations and new construction that complements our primary focus on institutional planning & design. Our values include an appreciation of craftsmanship, a commitment to sustainable design, and dedication to a collaborative, interdisciplinary working approach.

We are looking for someone with a strong eye for traditional design and detailing, who can communicate clearly and efficiently, and who brings at least four years’ experience. Candidates should be comfortable working autonomously and on a team. Licensure is desirable but not required.
