Candidates must be able to render architectural exteriors in elevation or perspective in graphite, watercolor or marker mediums. Candidates must be able to model architectural buildings in a sketch up or in an equivalent program to generate massing models on which to create their renderings. It is recommended that candidates have at least 2-5 years of experience. This position could be completed remotely. Candidates must have a working knowledge of traditional and classical Architecture, architectural detailing and proportions, be detail oriented, proficient in AutoCAD, sketch up, possess strong technical, graphic, and oral communication skills.
