Wade Weissmann Architecture is seeking a full-time Project Manager-level, Design Associate with 10-20 years’ experience to add to our boutique architectural firm to assist on projects based out of our Santa Barbara, California Studio. The ideal candidate is motivated and looking for opportunities to lead and grow as a designer within the firm and take on additional responsibilities. We are looking for applicants that have custom residential architectural experience, ideally with a good deal of Construction Administration experience. Candidate must be a highly driven designer with proven design and presentation skills, to work alongside WWA principal and studio directors creating design documents and meeting with clients. Applicant should be a team player, who is personable, hardworking, organized, able to create and meet deadlines and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. This position may require travel depending on project locations. Ideal candidate would be looking for full-time employment based in our Santa Barbara Studio, but we are also flexible to contract position and remote from elsewhere in California.
