Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Studio Director to join our boutique interior design firm. This pivotal role combines business management, client relations, and operational leadership to ensure the seamless functioning of our studio. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate adaptability, and have a passion for working in the design industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Operations
  • Process and print checks.
  • Track and oversee billing for all projects.
• Client Relations
  • Manage new client onboarding processes.
  • Facilitate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction.
  • Draft, review, and finalize client contracts in alignment with firm policies.
• Office Management
  • Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring a productive and organized work environment.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows and procedures to enhance team productivity.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and other operational needs.
• Strategic Leadership
• Work directly with Founding Principle to develop and execute strategies for studio growth and success.
• Act as a liaison between clients, designers, and external partners.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, consulting, accounting, or related fields is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster client and team relationships.
• Proficiency in managing financial tasks and contracts.
• A proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Passion for the interior design industry.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with project management tools, Microsoft Excel, or accounting software.
• Experience in managing small teams or working within boutique firms.
• A creative eye or appreciation for design is a plus.
