M2B Homes was established in May 2020, created with the concept of designing and constructing one custom home at a time for discerning clientele with the same level of attention and detail as my personal homes. My love of architecture and design originates from visiting beautiful southern estates as a young woman, places like Monticello, the Hermitage and Biltmore made a huge impression on me and created a desire within me to build in a manner which attempts to re-create the sense of timeless beauty these homes have displayed through the decades. After building personal homes in Seattle, Washington and Indianapolis, Indiana, I relocated in 1999 with my family to Atlanta where I was able to collaborate with Harrison Design & Suzanne Kasler Interiors to design and build a home for my young family. Several years later I was able to acquire a spectacular piece of property in the Tuxedo Park neighborhood of Buckhead and was able to again collaborate with Harrison & Kasler and added Howard Design Studio to the team for the landscape. From this collaboration my dream home “MerryWood” was conceived and completed in late 2018. After settling into “MerryWood” I started looking for opportunities to create more dream homes, this time for others. I asked Harrison Design to be part of my vision and together we analyzed potential locations and concluded that Palm Beach with its long history of architectural excellence and storied practitioners would be an ideal place for M2B’s story to begin.
